Once the nails are ready you will get a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping to the United States and Canada is tracked and takes 2-8 business days.
International shipping takes 2-10 business days.

All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Lolitanailzz, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery and the responsibility of the buyer.
If your package is late please wait out the fully 8 working days (for USA/Canada) or 10 working days (for International) calculated from the date of the shipping confirmation. There could still be chance that your order is still on it's way.
Lolitanailzz is not responsible for late packages once shipped. Factors that could affect your order’s shipping time include: high shipping volume for Canada Post and/or USPS, public holidays in either Canada, USA or the order’s destination country, weather, others.
We do not guarantee a delivery date for shipments. Delivery dates are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date. Shipments are not eligible for a refund and delays may occur due to shipping volume, weather, and other factors. Lolitanailzz do not refund orders based on these unforeseen factors or those affecting the shipping duration, after the items were shipped.
Please email email@example.com if your package is missing. Canada Post requires that the package has been missing for 45 business days after the package was shipped before starting an investigation with them.
Lolitanailzz is not responsible for lost packages once shipped.

Make sure you order the right size since everything is final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
